Bridal Shoot @ The Secret Garden, Ashford Kent.

On Wednesday we had a Bridal shoot at the Secret Garden on the outskirts of Ashford, Kent.

We shot in a collaboration with Tiara & Tails, Bridal Boutique, from which we used three dresses.

Working in and around the grounds at the Mersham Le Hatch business park was a wonderful honour, not only from the fact of being given the permission but also the back drop is simply magnificent.

With the wind blowing quite hard at times and the sun being very bright. Our model Emma Harrower had some challenges , but with Charmaine Wallbridge our professional make-up artist for the day from Beautilicious on hand proceedings ran pretty smooth considering.

From a Photographic perspective, most shots were back lit from the sun, and where possible Emma was placed in shade and lit with studio strobes.
We opted for a 135cm Octabox with gold diffuser, to slightly sharpen edges and give some extra warmth, but also to make things appear naturally lit.

Mark shot a majority of the images on 105mm + 50mm primes, keeping things simple.

Props were also provided by Helena from Tiara & Tails, with the pink Chaise long being our main focal point in a number of shots.

enjoy a small selection from the day, with a behind the scenes blog to be added next week.
